Employer and Employee Training
Wellbeing in the Workplace 1 Day Training Modules
The new BSI Standards provide a structured guidance for Psychosocial Risk Management. However, many employers and employees are unsure how to implement them. Working for Wellbeing have developed three training modules to train employees and/or employers in the content outline of the new standards and how they may be embedded into an organisation.
Both the attendance and assessment of those completing these one day training programmes will be recorded on the exclusive Working for Wellbeing administration system and provide a national register which can be accessed by any relevant party, including insurers and employers, so that accountability can be enforced accordingly.
The training programmes are proven to improve on existing approaches to stress management and have a direct impact on productivity, performance, morale, absenteeism and presenteeism. The one day programmes are based upon the Practioner Training and the modules are as follows:
- Module 1 is based on PAS 1010, covers organisational stress and is aimed at senior management
- Module 2 is based on the anticipated content of the third (and yet to be finalised) standard focusing on Management Competencies and Standards
- Module 3 is based on PAS 1012 and deals with Resilience, Wellbeing and Returning to Work
